Elaine has spent hundreds of days in seminars and the workplace helping clients
their personal barriers to collaboration and effective group behavior.
She is experienced in
assisting people to achieve collaborative results with
minimal conflict and personal turmoil.
A co-founder of Newton Learning Corporation (NLC), Elaine served first as
and later focused on organizational learning as the corporation
grew. Her emphasis with most
organizations, after they had completed
teambuilding and vision development, was to help them
with the challenge of
turning theory into practice. She also acted as a “sounding board” and coach
a variety of clients.
Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) training has helped Elaine work with
peoples’ limiting beliefs
and to change ineffective behavior patterns. She has
applied Stephen Glenn’s training by assisting
people to interact with more
genuine respect for, and curiosity about, others. Being a parent has
been the best training of all!
